Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Valuation (MRICS)
Up to £70,000 + bonus
Surrey / Central London (Hybrid)
I’m working with a well-established Chartered Surveying practice who are looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Valuation (MRICS) to work directly alongside the MD.
This role would suit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation who is ready to step up into a more influential position within a growing business.
The role – Senior Surveyor / Associate Director (Valuation)
* Work directly with the MD as a key part of the business
* Carry out and oversee commercial and residential valuations
* Deliver loan security valuations in line with Red Book standards
* Work across development, BTL and HMO valuations
* Build and maintain relationships with lenders and introducers
* Support and mentor junior surveyors
This is a hands-on valuation role. You will still be carrying out valuation work day-to-day.
What I’m looking for
* MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer essential)
* Strong experience as a valuation surveyor
* Background in commercial valuation / loan security valuation
* Experience with development, BTL or HMO valuations
* Currently a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation
* Strong understanding of lender requirements
