Hays recruitment has partnered with a Constructionpany in Surrey to find an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team for 6 months, with the intention to be permanent. This is full time hours, Monday to Friday, in office.
Your new role
1. Ensure hired equipment hours are accurately coded to the correct project numbers, and cost codes.
2. Support accurate job costing and cost tracking for internal reporting and project controls.
3. Reconcile equipment rental invoices and subcontractor billings against field time records and dispatch information.
4. Support WorkSafeBC reporting, payroll audits, andpliance documentation.
5. Post, reconcile, and process subcontractor payments within the accounts payable system.
6. Prepare and process cheque and EFT payments.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience working as an Accounts Payable Administrator or Payroll Administrator in a constructionpany, is a must
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs with advanced Excel skills.
9. Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
10. Strong organizational and time-management skills in deadline-driven environments.
