Job Description
We are interested in candidates who think outside the box. You may have a campaign background or experience in client services within a creative agency, but you should currently be involved in sports, gaming, or entertainment culture. You will be knowledgeable about modern culture, fans, and how to authentically engage with Gen Z audiences.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in developing and executing social-first campaigns
* Strong knowledge of earned media and influencer strategies
* A portfolio showcasing creative thinking beyond traditional advertising, with awards like Cannes or Effie being a plus
* Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for industry trends and new technologies, including AI in campaigns (desirable but not essential)
* A drive to contribute to growth in margins, repeat business, and client recommendations
