Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This role is suitable for nurses with leadership experience, from community or other healthcare sectors, including care homes, hospitals, and practice nursing. Support for career development includes advanced clinical practice and leadership training, regular supervision, and comprehensive training programs.
Working patterns:
The service operates 7 days a week, with shifts from 0800-1830, including options for 0800-1600, 1030-1630, or 0800-1830 shifts.

Person specification
Qualifications
* Evidence of Level 6 academic study or equivalent writing skills
* Registered General Nurse (adult)
* Current NMC registration
* Evidence of Level 7 academic study
Skills and experience
* IT literacy and clinical leadership experience
* Understanding of clinical governance and evidence-based care
* Ongoing professional development
Experience
* Management or leadership experience in healthcare or extensive clinical nursing experience with leadership responsibilities
* Experience with implementing change and managing challenging situations
* Knowledge of evidence-based practice and previous district nursing experience
