Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Senior RIMS Consultant @ Remote Working (UK)
Key area:
* Strong experience Regulatory Information Management (RIM) professional with strong expertise in life sciences compliance, regulatory systems, and data management.
* The candidate will lead RIM system implementations, manage regulatory data, and content, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards
* Lead implementation and management of Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS), including platforms like Veeva Vault (Registrations, Submissions, Publishing, Archive).
* Drive process improvements and contribute to RIM change management initiatives.
* Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment of RIM systems aligned with business requirements.
* Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements.
* Oversee data migration activities including:
* Data mapping (source to target)
* Data quality assessment and cleansing
* Data transformation and enrichment
* Establish data governance standards such as naming conventions, master data, and reference data.
* Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and user guides.
* Provide SME support and training to business users and junior team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality) and senior stakeholders.
* Strong experience with Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite.
* Deep understanding of regulatory data models and submission processes.
* Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
