Job Description
We are actively recruiting on behalf of a stable and busy client for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Working within a team of 7, on a targeted basis, you will be responsible for:
1. Inputting and maintaining accurate sales ledger data, including sales invoices and credit notes.
2. Setting up new clients on their system, including costs.
3. Resolving queries.
4. Assisting with month-end procedures.
5. Chasing for contractor and supplier invoices and checking for discrepancies.
6. Performing ad hoc duties to support the team.

* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A team player who can work under their own initiative.
* IT literate, with experience of Excel being essential.
This is a permanent, office-based role with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00. The benefits package will be in line with skills and experience.
