Own the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP Commerce Cloud release cycles.
Develop and maintain detailed release plans and deployment schedules in coordination with developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Ensure release readiness by validating code quality, performing deployment dry-runs, and managing change control processes.

Manage CI/CD pipelines in CCv2, including validation of build jobs, deployment artifacts, and rollback procedures.
Track release metrics and continually refine deployment processes to minimize disruption and risk.

Provide training and documentation for operations and support teams post-deployment.
Reestablish trust in SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 release infrastructure and associated pipelines and procedures amongst the customer executive stakeholders.
