About the role

The Product Manager plays a key role in Node4’s Office of the CTO, working across a broad portfolio of managed services and consulting offerings from Data to Cybersecurity, Modern Apps and more. This role supports the definition, development, and lifecycle management of differentiated offerings that meet evolving client needs and drive commercial success. This is a delivery-focused role, responsible for coordinating service development, maintaining product artefacts, and enabling internal teams.

You will collaborate with Technology Directors, R&D, Operations, Presales and other stakeholders to shape compelling service propositions, evolve supporting components (such as sales enablement content, service tooling, or support models), and ensure alignment with sales, delivery, and marketing teams. Driven to see your produces succeed, you'll help bridge the gap between technical innovation and client value in a dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities

* Shape and evolve end-to-end service propositions across various domains (e.g. Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, Modern Apps etc.)
* Contribute to the design and refinement of core service elements and reusable components (e.g. SLAs, support models, service tooling).
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to ensure offerings are both technically robust and commercially viable.
* Coordinate the development and refinement of service propositions in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
* Support internal enablement through training materials, sales playbooks, and go-to-market collateral.
* Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to ongoing enhancements, including where relevant managing cost of service models, helping with cost-price analysis and competitor analysis.
* Update Node4 systems and maintain associated product artefacts (e.g., service descriptions, schedules, SharePoint pages, pricing logic, order lines, presentation etc.) to reflect product updates.
* Develop business cases, pricing models, and competitive insights to support service viability and margin optimisation.
* Maintain product documentation, pricing logic, and internal artefacts to ensure consistency and operational readiness.
* Act as the ‘go-to’ expert for assigned offerings, supporting internal education and enablement across sales, technical, and partner teams.
* Develop go-to-market materials in collaboration with Marketing, including campaign input, sales playbooks, and training content.
* Engage directly with clients and prospects to support opportunity shaping and feedback loops. Strategic Collaboration & Reporting:
* Partner with cross-functional teams — including Technology, Innovation, Managed Services, Sales, and Delivery — to influence pricing strategies and the overall product roadmap.
* Represent the voice of the customer in senior management meetings and provide monthly reporting on volume and revenue forecasts.
* Track and report on key product metrics such as adoption, NPS, revenue contribution, and pipeline health.
* Perform other duties as identified by the Product Team Manager and CTOs Offices to support the overall product strategy and business objectives.
* Contribute to cross-functional improvement efforts around tooling, process, and service delivery.

What will you bring?

* Proficiency in both the theory and practice of product management, ideally with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar organisation.
* Demonstrated experience in a product or service-oriented role, ideally with familiarity on service frameworks (e.g. ITIL/ITSM), commercial modelling, and service design principles.
* Experience working across one or more technical domains such as Cybersecurity, Unified Comms, Data, Cloud, or Modern Workplace.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently at senior levels within Node4.
* Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, supported by a solid professional presence, assertiveness, and sound business acumen.
* Proficiency in creating and analysing data reports to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, with high motivation, focus, and commitment.

What can we offer you?

* Hybrid Working
* Private Medical Insurance or Company Paid Health Cash Plan
* Employee Assistance Program
* 25 days holidays plus your birthday off
* Option to purchase additional holiday (up to 5 days)
* Company Pension Scheme
