Business Support Officer
Location: Norwich – hybrid working. Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Grade F, Salary £29,064 to £31,022 per annum.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to support the Public Health service to facilitate the smooth running of the public health office. You will provide support across all areas of Public Health which includes Corporate Governance, HR, Health and Safety, Public Health Partnerships, Business Continuity and Service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Delivery Manager and Office Coordinators.
* Diary and email support to members of the Senior Management Team.
* Secretariat and project management support to key Public Health Partnerships and to the Public Health Office to support key initiatives and strategic themes within the department.
* Maintain, update, and monitor information on SharePoint.
* Instigate, set up and minute meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
* Good standard of education with relevant office experience.
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work at all levels within an organisation and demonstrate high level IT skills.
* Experience of maintaining, updating, and monitoring information on SharePoint would be an advantage.
* Capacity to work under pressure to meet specified deadlines.
Working Conditions
Office-based roles are operating to a hybrid model – working from home if you wish to do so with attendance at the office to support face‑to‑face and team meetings.
