The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador. You will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and support creating memorable experiences for customers.
Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will lead by example, with personal KPIs and sales targets.
What to expect from the role
* Hold daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them
* Conduct store walks, understand visual merchandising's role in commerciality
* Monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated complaints
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills
* Build relationships with customers, providing exemplary service
Store operations
* Act as key holder, ensuring opening/closing procedures
* Cash up and reconcile tills
* Assist with recruitment, investigations, disciplinary actions
* Manage product and POS deliveries
* Handle financial transactions and escalations
* Follow security policies to ensure safety
