£26,000 – £43,000 + training and benefits.

Responsibilities
* Undertake full range of management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
* Carry out re‑inspection surveys
* Collect ACM samples from site and log safely
* Produce site‑specific technical reports and schematic drawings
* Perform air monitoring (personal, leak, background, smoke and reassurance)
* Conduct four‑stage clearances
* Provide inspection services during and after removal projects
* Wear correct PPE on site
* Provide bespoke technical advice and project updates to clients
Qualifications
* Proven track record as Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst or either role
* Must hold BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
* Excellent technical knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
* Professional manner
* Comfortable using IT software/PDA
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
