We seek individuals comfortable in a professional, busy environment, handling inbound and outbound calls from our customers.
With a focus on listening, you will work to achieve the right outcomes for our customers while meeting KPI’s and quality standards.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support from a dedicated Training team during your 5-week induction.
* Structured career progression once training is complete.
* Handling inbound and dialler-based outbound calls.
* Providing excellent customer service via telephone.
* Handling sensitive topics with care and empathy, supporting vulnerable customers.
* Meeting call KPIs and quality standards.
* Developing tailored repayment plans to help customers manage debts and recover financially.
* Engaging with customers to promote financial stability.
Training will be in-office for the first five weeks, Monday to Friday. Post-training, you'll follow weekly shift patterns (40 hours/week):
* Week 1: 8am - 4:15pm
* Week 2: 12pm - 8pm
* Every 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
