Role: Compliance and Business Conduct Project Manager / PMO
Location: Battersea, Hybrid, 2 days per week on site, 3 days working from home

Daily Rate: Up to £80,000 dependent on experience (Inside IR35)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Business Conduct professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide crucial support working closely with teams managing the Business Conduct Helpline, other attorneys, compliance specialists, and business stakeholders to help ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities:
Business Conduct Helpline Program Support:
· Assist in clearly documenting and efficiently managing helpline case queue and triage functions in a fast-paced environment.
· Under supervision of the team, respond to and appropriately escalate allegations of misconduct and requests for guidance under the Business Conduct Policy.
· Analyze trends and identify and advance efficiencies in helpline workflow activity.
· Collaborate on program documentation and resources.
· Help ensure consistent communication of the policy requirements, as well as consistent process, treatment, and disposition of cases that come into the helpline.
· Under supervision of the team, respond to records and data requests from internal legal and other partners.
· Support Data Analytics & Reporting obligations by monitoring and reporting on Helpline metrics
· Facilitate project meetings and track action items.
· Collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications / Experience
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management around legal or compliance topics.
· Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and practices.
· Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
· Strong data analysis skills:
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Whistleblowing hotlines/case management triaging would be a bonus
