As they continue to expand nationally, they are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop key relationships.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a strong understanding of site-based operations, hire services, or security systems. You’ll take ownership of developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction and related sectors.
*
Build and maintain relationships with site managers, buyers, project teams, and directors.
*
Promote the company’s full range of deployable security solutions.
*
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations.
*
Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
*
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and tenacious individual with a background in:
*
Security solutions, particularly deployable or monitored systems
*
Construction industry sales, working with contractors, civil engineers, or infrastructure providers;
*
Hire sector experience, such as tool, plant, or equipment hire.
*
Expereince in a field sales role targetting the desired industry
*
Valid RTW in the UK
Essential Skills & Experience:
*
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
*
Strong understanding of the construction or hire industry.
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
