Your new companyYour new company is a housing association based in Chester.Your new roleYour new role will be a fully remote-working role, carrying out stock condition surveys on electronic devices. You will work remotely and will record data on the internal and external elements of social housing properties for life-cycle refurbishment data.What you'll need to succeedYou'll need a background in property surveying and experience carrying out stock condition surveys or as a Property Surveyor for a housing provider. You will have knowledge of the HHSRS and the ability to effectively diagnose damp and mould issues in houses.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll receive an excellent per survey rate, with very realistic on-target earnings of £1,250 - £1,500 per week.
