Key Responsibilities:
* New business development and influencer division growth
* Develop and own the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
* Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers
* Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
* Define success metrics and lead reporting, tracking ROI, engagement, and brand impact
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
* Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent
What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing
* Strategic mindset with creative flair and commercial acumen
