The role
We’re partnering with a specialist supplier to the food & drink supply chain to recruit a technically confident Customer Support Executive. This is a high visibility, hands on role for a senior customer facing professional who thrives on problem solving, field visits and building trusted relationships with growers, processors or supply-chain operators. The role is hybrid with regular travel to a North Yorkshire office and UK customer sites. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary on-site technical support contact for customers, delivering installations, fault diagnosis and system checks. * Give practical, best-practice guidance to ensure products perform reliably and compliantly. * Capture and communicate customer insight and site feedback to commercial, logistics and technical teams. * Maintain clear visit reports, installation records and case notes in internal systems. * Represent the business at demonstrations, open days and occasional industry events.
