About the Young Person
Requires SEMH-focused support
Benefits from a nurturing, patient and consistent approach
Has a strong passion for art - a shared interest in art or creativity would be highly beneficial in building engagement and rapport
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
Background as a mentor, teaching assistant, behaviour mentor, youth worker or similar
Calm, empathetic and resilient approach
Confident working independently
Creative interests, particularly in art, are highly desirable
