Assistant Site Manager
Location: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Primary Industry: Construction - New Build Housing
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum

Company: A Leading Housing Developer recognised for their 5-star reputation and sustainable homes are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Burton.
Job Description:
* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities
* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
* Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site
* Coordinate and manage site logistics and resources
* Monitor and report on project progress and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid Certification
* Valid Driving Licence
* Scaffold Certification
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the house building sector
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of house building processes and regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
* On-site work in various weather conditions
* Regular travel between sites may be required
* Full-time hours Monday to Friday
