Based in the hotel and Conference & Events bars, you’ll set up, serve, and close down the bar, serving both food and drinks. You’ll work closely with Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure smooth service, following Apex Brand Standards.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic)Providing table service and maintaining high presentation standardsCreating a welcoming atmosphere and recommending drinks to guestsMaintaining cleanliness and restocking suppliesSupporting smooth coordination between bar and kitchenRecording orders, payments, wastage, and refusals of alcoholAssisting with deliveries and cellar management What We’re Looking ForOn your first day you’ll begin a structured 12-week learning journey to build skills and confidence.
