Finance Manager | Central Bristol (2 days in office) | £60k - £68k + Benefits
I'm working with a fun, forward-thinking consultancy where your voice truly matters, to find a Finance Manager. Responsibilities will include:
* You'll be working with consultants on their WIP management including reporting and optimisation.
* Lead and manage the team, including two Assistant Management Accountants and one Financial Accountant
* Oversee the end-to-end month-end reporting process across multiple business units
* Consolidate month-end results and forecasts, including financial and non-financial KPIs, for review by the Head of Finance
* Coach and support the finance team through a period of change, fostering development across a range of skill levels
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on financial performance, reporting quality, and delivery
* Collaborate closely with systems development teams and data analysts to enhance management information (MI) reporting
* Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and technologies to boost efficiency and insight
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insight and challenge performance where needed
* Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and financial analysis when required
* Demonstrate leadership in embedding best practices, resilience, and a results-focused mindset across the team
Your Profile:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
* Experience working within a consultancy environment is desirable but not essential
* Experience managing a team
* Strong Excel skills
