WPS are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our team delivering responsive maintenance works within social housing properties in the Redditch area. This is a great opportunity to work on varied projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
2. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations.
3. Work efficiently to complete jobs within agreed timescales.
4. Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues.
Requirements
5. Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent qualification).
6. Proven plastering experience in a social housing or similar environment.
7. Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
