Our client is seeking a self-motivated, hungry individual to join their team as a Trainee Mortgage Broker. Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage in the company’s structured training program, covering mortgage regulations, lending practices, financial products, and sales techniques.
2. Observe and learn from experienced mortgage brokers during client meetings, loan applications, and negotiations.
3. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in mortgage brokerage and financial services.
4. Learn to process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Conduct research on mortgage trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.
6. Assist in organizing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the mortgage application process.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and support marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
8. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
