We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Associatewho expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Strategy team.It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.
Joining our Strategyteam, you’ll work with world class and passionate people and play a critical role orchestrating and developing client value propositions for dunnhumby. This will include everything from idea qualification, business case creation to the delivery to the market and supporting business priorities
What we expect from you:
* Facilitate gap identification in dh existing propositions, in the light of business object i ves
* Qua l ify prop ositions ideas through robust process
* Partner with subject matter experts across dunnhumby to define client value p ropositions scope
* Articulate client needs & market opportunity through research, expert interviews, collaborative engagement and critical thinking
* Work with director to build the business case for dh, down to financial impact
* Develop project plans and drive project management of large-scale client value propositions development projects, ensur ing all key stakeholders are involved and engaged at the right time
* Ensure client value propositions delivery to sales and delivery teams, working with Marketing, HR, and Product teams as well as client value propositions leads
* Ensure E2E overview of client value propositions work in all parts of the business (Media, Category Management, Loyalty & Personalisation) to provide visibility to leadership
* Work with Director and leadership team to e nsure continuous evaluation of our propositions ’ benefits to the business (measurable and qualitative)
* Build strong working relationships across dunnhumby, to help to drive the development and adoption of client value propositions
We are looking for someone with:
* A seasoned background and experience in consulting with exposure to the tech or data science industry
* Knowledge of our market segment is nice to have
