We're currently recruiting for a dedicated People Partner to join our dynamic team within our Best Food Logistics business. 
If you have strong people partnering experience, a background working with Trade Unions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
This role will be based in Royton supporting the site and also our Central Functions.
 12. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth
 13. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law
 14. Manage talent, support development, and succession planning
 15. Work on organisational design and change management initiatives
 16. Use data to support people-focused initiatives
 17. Champion colleague engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
 18. Focus on performance and absence management
 19. Maintain strong relationships with Trade Union representatives
This role is initially on a 6 month basis but has the possibility for extension or becoming a permanent position.
 20. CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous but not essential 
 21. Strong people partnering experience
 22. Experience with Trade Unions and ideally in a blue-collar environment
 23. Excellent communication and influencing skills
 24. Knowledge of employment law and employee relations management
 25. A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
 26. People Management experience
 27. Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as distribution or retail
