Part Time Professional Support Lawyer - Remote Working My client is a national Legal 100 law firm, looking to appoint a professional support lawyer to join its Band 1 ranked construction team. On offer: Remote working with twice monthly meetings with the department in the Exeter office Part time – ideally 3 days per week Comprehensive benefits including birthday leave and opportunity to buy/sell holiday Join a high performing and reputed team with big growth plans Main duties will include: Keeping up to date with construction law developments and market practice Analyse new law and developments and communicating to fee earners Updating and maintaining templates and precedents Cataloguing and managing precedents Supporting fee earners Co-ordinating, facilitating and/or leading training sessions for fee earners Identify relevant external events and training Attend seminars (There will not be a business development element to this role) What will you need? To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive To have at least 5 years PQE within construction law Ideally a mix of Non-contentious & Contentious experience (although one or the other will be fine) Unique and rare opportunity for any solicitor or legal executive currently working in the construction sector who is looking to move into a PSL role and undertake a new challenge.
