Chef de Partie - High-End Multi-Concept Restaurant

We are an ambitious and dynamic restaurant striving to become the best in Bristol. We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to help us deliver outstanding dishes and support our team's drive for excellence. You must have at least 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette restaurant to apply.
Kitchen Operations
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant's menu specifications.
Maintain impeccable levels of quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate.
? Confidently handle meat and fish butchery, ensuring high-quality preparation and minimal waste.
Support your fellow team members, helping junior chefs to improve and develop their skills.
Collaborate closely with senior kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Assist with training and ensuring that standards are consistently met.
? Assist in the execution of events, high-volume services, and private dining functions, ensuring high-quality dishes even under pressure.
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
Contribute to maintaining kitchen organisation, stock control, and ensuring all equipment is used and maintained correctly.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
Solid foundation in culinary techniques, including mother sauces, stocks, and butchery
Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen organisation
