As Estates Office Assistant at Thyme, you’ll play a vital role in
supporting our Maintenance, Gardens, and Estates teams through efficient and
thoughtful administration. From scheduling and record-keeping to coordinating
key projects—such as the redecoration of guest bedrooms—you’ll help ensure the
smooth running of our ever-evolving estate. This role is perfect for someone
highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting the
behind-the-scenes operations that bring Thyme’s spaces to life.
Working alongside the administrator for the smooth running of the Estates department. Flexibility within the role to adapt to the needs of the business when required.

The annual on target earnings for this role are £30,160 per year,
based on a 40 hour week including base salary and service charge. This role is
paid hourly.
