ES Training is seeking an experienced Director Camps and High School program to lead our global programs. This strategic role is central to driving the growth, quality, and innovation of our international camps and high school initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Admissions, and Finance, ensuring exceptional standards and unforgettable learning experiences for young learners, adult learners, and high school students.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multi-site international camp and high school education program operations.
* Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
* Ensure educational excellence, learner wellbeing, and safeguarding compliance.
* Shape the long-term vision and strategic direction of ES global programs.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to achieve organizational objectives.
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of leadership experience in camps, youth/adult programs, high School education, or EFL education.
* Proven track record in scaling programs and managing global teams.
* Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
* Passion for innovation, education, and creating global impact.
Additional Information
* Responsibilities include safeguarding and ensuring the highest standards of learner welfare.
* This is a senior leadership role requiring international travel.
* This position can be based in either London or Dubai.
* Hybrid working model.
