We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Advisor to join a luxury and renowned brand., and working closely with the Commercial and International team.
Some responsibilities:
* Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, in collaboration with Learning and Development.
* Proactively identify HR risks and issues, escalating and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective solutions.
* Seek opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the People function, challenging convention to deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Lead and resolve all employee relations matters as the first line (disciplinary, grievance, attendance, probation) in line with company policies and employment law, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on complex cases.
* Provide accurate, commercially aware employment law advice and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
About you:
* Proven experience supporting employees in a professional environment, ideally handling a high volume of complex employee relations cases.
* International experience in human resources.
* Strong understanding of generalist HR operations, including employee relations and recruitment.
* Ability to provide solutions-focused HR advice grounded in sound knowledge of employment law, best practice, and commercial awareness.
* Demonstrated experience managing a variety of ER issues and navigating performance management procedures effectively.
