A global energy firm, circa 4,000 are opening an Investment Management business in central London. With a headcount of 25, you will standalone within HR, with support from the Head of HR of the parentpany. Working in the same building, you will have all HR processes in place, but will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating employee onboarding and onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and processing documentation.
2. Handling administrative tasks related to employee relations, performance management, andpliance.
3. Responding to employee enquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of salaries, and deductions.
5. Supporting with global mobility and leading on recruitment for hires within the growing business unit.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience as an HR generalist, ideally within Financial Services or Energy - within a standalone / small HR function is ideal.
7. Ability to work independently, using your initiative to solve problems and act as a point of contact for the employees.
8. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, excellentmunication.
