We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to support a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security transformation programme within a complex manufacturing environment.
This role sits at the intersection of OT, cyber security, and engineering, helping shape and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements for OT technology and security solutions.
* Assess existing OT tools, processes, and workflows to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Support solution evaluation, pilots, and site rollouts to ensure effective adoption.
* Develop RFP and procurement documentation and support supplier assessments.
* Translate regulatory and risk requirements into actionable delivery artefacts.
* Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows, specifications, and operational procedures.
* Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, OT, and Cyber functions.
Skills & Experience
* Proven Business Analysis experience within OT, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
* Understanding of OT systems (eg, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, DCS).
* Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying gaps and driving process improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working in complex, federated, or Matrix environments.
