Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager in a complex project environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise, Synchro, and various model authoring software - Experience with site data capture systems and access control (Datascope) is advantageous - Extensive knowledge of managing task teams - Familiarity with MOD or secure environments, and understanding of SALs and NDAs - Experienced in implementing ISO19650 parts 1-5 - Ability to promote digital construction technologies - Strong focus on safety and environmental standards
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BIM team and coordinate model validation across project teams - Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team - Drive the BIM narrative in new directions to bring savings to the project - Work with the Project Information Manager to manage the project BIM brief, programme, and deliverables - Monitor completion of BIM Gateway forms throughout the project lifecycle - Assist project teams in maximizing the use of design and authoring software - Manage and mitigate design risks through clash review tools - Identify and promote technologies that enhance business outcomes - Provide training in digital construction and information management practices - Support design teams in developing accurate 3D designs - Ensure compliance with project/client standards and contract requirements - Capture best practices and lessons learned within the organization
