We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Painter/Facilities Technician to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management .
What you'll do:
* Be our 'go-to' as vital part of the facilities maintenance operation
* Maintain professional finishes across our clients corporate setting
* Work alongside ourmaintenance teams, to perform routine and reactive projects
* Keep our teams safe, bycommitting to safety guidelines and procedures
* Conduct routine inspections to identify any required touch ups
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Painter
* Good general maintenance knowledge
* Experience working at height
* MEWP licence is preferred
* An up to date Safe Pass
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
* Attention to detail, with a passion for a quality finish
* Top-notch communication, time management and organisational abilities
