As our People and Culture Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior People and Culture Manager by driving engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and support the strategic and operation needs of the business. This role is a full time, fixed term contract for 1 year. Essential Duties & Tasks: Working closely with the Senior People and Culture Manager to support and manage employee relations cases such as performance management, absence management, capability, grievance and disciplinary processes Support in the delivery of disciplinaries, note taking and holding investigations Support the recruitment function by advertising roles and conducting telephone screenings Working closely with the managers, offering clear, practical advice and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture Support with embedding good management practices, support policy implementation, and use HR data and insights to support decision making Champion company culture initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement surveys Experience: CIPD qualified – Level 3 / 5 or working towards qualification (desirable, not essential) Excellent written and oral skills in English ER Case work experience Strong IT and numeracy skills with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to switch between a variety of tasks Efficient and proactive along with high attention to detail Able to work well autonomously, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment is preferred Work Conditions: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays – depending on business needs.
