As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be a central point of contact for key clients, delivering strategic insight and exceptional service to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of the companys most important B2B clients
2. Conduct strategic business reviews to identify growth opportunities and ensure high retention
3. Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs
