Payments & Cash Management Specialist
Location: Norwich based – 50% hybrid
Full time (flexible options available)
Salary:Circa £45,000
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on managing liquidity and making the most of cash resources? We’re looking for a Cash Management / Liquidity Specialist to join our Treasury team. You’ll play a key role in managing daily liquidity across our group, optimising interest strategies, and ensuring smooth third-party money movements.
A bit about the job:
You’ll be joining our Treasury team – a group that plays a vital role in keeping Aviva’s financial engine running smoothly. This role exists to ensure we’re making the most of our cash resources every day. You’ll manage liquidity across our group, support offshore operations, and help shape our interest strategy. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in cash management, treasury operations, or liquidity management.
* Strong knowledge of banking systems, SWIFT, and payment schemes.
* Familiarity with CASS regulations and interest management.
* Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
