Your day-to-day role:
* Manage a well-balanced portfolio of landlords and tenants
* Deliver exceptional post-move-in support to tenants
* Ensure prompt and effective resolution of maintenance issues
* Identify cost-effective solutions that benefit landlords
* Coordinate regular property inspections and check-outs
* Produce clear, detailed reports for landlords and tenants
* Handle deposit negotiations with professionalism and care
* Maintain consistent communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments
* Oversee rent arrears management and take appropriate action
* Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and property certifications
