Qualified Social Worker, CIN/CP Team Pay rate £37 per hour Contract roles We are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a CIN/CP Team in Leeds Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role. We are looking for an experienced social worker who is able to manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence. This caseload will have a level of complexity and lead worker responsibilities working alongside other social workers, it will not have supervisory / line manager responsibilities. Social workers should be able to practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice. Organisation skills and ability to meet competing demands are required to ensure practice standards, good quality and practice and performance.
