Health Promotion Distribution Coordinator
Location:Bupa Office in Staines - 4 Pine Trees, Chertsey Lane, Staines TW18 3DZ
Salary:£26,000 a year (full-time equivalent) + Excellent benefits
Type:Fixed Term until 31st December 2025, Part -time (20 hours per week)

This role sits within Bupa Health Clinics On-Site Services Team reporting into the Workplace Health Operations Manager.
A robust, efficient and smooth service is delivered to Bupa’s corporate customers. As the Co-ordinator, your role is vital to the operation and support of this department. The role of the Co-ordinator would suit a reliable team player, who is able to multi-task, as well as prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines and ensuring a successful service has been delivered in a high-pressure environment.
Accountabilities
• Key point of contact for any internal or client enquiries
• Managing the distribution of the service line – preparing equipment & documentation to dispatch
• Day to day oversight of the distribution centre
• Stock management
• Client Bookings: liaising with clients to co-ordinate clinics, updating booking Information and maintaining the schedule and systems
• Responsible for maintaining the mailbox, and/or escalating queries as appropriate
• General administration such as filing, archiving, and arranging couriers
• Provide regular uptake reports to clients and Account Managers within the SLA
• Invoicing clients using BUPA’s in-house system
• Assist in any other duties the department may require
