* Set research strategy and define the technology roadmap
* Align development streams with commercial and technical goals
* Bridge research and production to enable scalable deployment
You bring:
Expertise in one or more areas:
* Electromagnetic design & analysis (FEA, motor topologies, materials)
* Control software & embedded systems (real-time control, torque vectoring)
* Hardware systems (power electronics, sensing, integration)
* Mechanical simulation & analysis (NVH, thermal, structural)
* Strong understanding of trade-offs between performance, cost, and manufacturability
