The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer duties
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the continued success and growth of the department
Requirements of the Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with strong residential conveyancing experience
Ability to manage a busy caseload confidently
Excellent communication and client care skills
