Location: GB10 Sports, New Eltham, SE9 2SZ.
Working Pattern: Hybrid. Minimum 3 days per week on-site, with flexible working around delivery and venue needs. Occasional weekend availability may be required at peak periods (for example, key events or launch activity), agreed in advance.
Salary: £35,000 per year, dependent on experience.

About GB10 Sports
GB10 is a fast-growing sports venue with ambitious plans across events, facility bookings and padel. We're building a marketing engine that drives enquiries, bookings, court occupancy and member retention.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing, Content and CRM Manager to own the GB10 marketing function and drive measurable growth. You'll run the core growth channels; Meta Ads, website conversion, CRM and email, lead content planning across key platforms, and report performance clearly to the SLT.
You will also provide light-touch marketing coordination for AFC Greenwich Borough, which operates from the venue, supported by existing photographers, volunteers, and coaching staff.
What You'll be Doing
Own marketing targets across GB10 bookings, including events, facility hire and padel occupancy
Run Meta Ads end-to-end with creative testing, targeting, tracking, optimisation and reporting
Improve website conversion through landing pages, clearer user journeys and improvement over time
Own CRM and email activity for lead capture, segmentation, customer lifecycle comms, retention and promotions
Manage organic channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn using an efficient repurposing workflow
Maintain and update the GB10 WordPress website, including building landing pages and keeping key information current
Drive local SEO improvements and Google Business Profile activity
Ensure sponsor placements are delivered and evidenced through proof packs and recap content
Lead weekly SLT updates and produce a monthly performance scorecard
What We're Looking For
4+ years' hands-on marketing experience (or equivalent demonstrable experience with proof)
Proven experience running Meta Ads with business outcomes (leads, bookings, revenue)
Proven experience managing CRM and email marketing, including segmentation and lifecycle communications
Confident building and updating WordPress landing pages
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, retention) and ability to report clearly
Confident producing short-form content and working to deadlines with other contributors
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut and or Adobe tools, with strong content judgement

Experience launching a new product/service in a local area
Local SEO depth and CRO testing experience
