Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, supporting event management, overseeing social media and digital campaigns, liaising with various teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role requires organization, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry and London’s dining scene.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Develop and propose a localized marketing calendar.
3. Support restaurant activations and oversee events as a primary owner.
4. Assist with private dining event support, ensuring seamless communication.
5. Develop and manage social media calendars with a localized approach.
6. Oversee digital campaigns to increase awareness and build brand loyalty.
7. Coordinate with brand and operations teams to meet business needs.
8. Assist in developing brand collateral and maintaining brand voice.
9. Respond to guest messages across platforms.
10. Manage external agencies including graphic design, PR, and digital marketing.
11. Maintain records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
12. Ensure brand standards are met consistently.
13. Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
14. Prepare monthly reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing insights.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within the F&B industry.
* Proficiency in the local language.
* Hospitality/F&B background and understanding of London’s F&B scene.
* Knowledge of current cultural and social trends, especially in dining.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Experience with content creation, digital marketing, events, budgeting, and agency management.
* Educational background in marketing preferred.
* Excellent social media skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
