As a Business Analysis Senior Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
1. Understand diverse payment methods and transaction processes.
2. Develop and enhance operational procedures related to the product lifecycle, serving as an Operations Product Manager.
3. Stay up to date with the latest payment technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Perform analysis of the current and target state architecture, propose to-be processes, and conduct gap analysis to determine the degree of change required by business initiatives.
5. Coordinate across lines of business (Product, Operations, and Technology teams) and functions to achieve high-quality delivery.
6. Manage go-to-Operations readiness including documentation, training, and process alignment.
7. Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
8. Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
9. Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive efficiency within the department.
10. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of business strategies.
11. Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions impacting departmental outcomes.
12. Bring relevant experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the payments industry.
13. Demonstrate experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
14. Conduct data analysis to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting.
15. Develop and implement automation strategies with a strong understanding of systems architecture.
16. Coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization.
17. Apply advanced strategic thinking skills to evaluate scenarios and assess risks.
18. Provide coaching and delegation to team members to empower and achieve objectives efficiently.
19. Maintain continuous communication to deliver quality customer service.
20. Understand the software delivery lifecycle and industry-standard methodologies.
