AddanEx International is expanding its growth with vacancies for both Junior and Senior Recruitment consultants for the European IT contract markets.

Responsibilities:
* Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients across the Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence, DWH, Big Data, Cloud or Data Science fields. (Specialists in other IT areas are welcome to apply)
* Create and complete structured searches via CRM Systems, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other systems to locate and qualify via telephone call the best candidates for our client’s vacancies.
* Support senior team with the attainment of market information for Business Development calls.
* Manage the pre-screening, interview, and onboarding process for candidates.
* Negotiate and complete agreements and contracts between AddanEx and selected candidates for our clients.
* Manage multiple recruitment processes and necessary administration such as invoicing process questions, candidate onboarding processes and administration.
* Seniors Only: (Juniors can/will be mentored to progress to Senior level to become client facing and billing consultants)
* Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
* Complete a high volume of calls to prospective clients and candidates each day
* Manage multiple full-cycle 360 and 180 recruitment processes, subject to support from Junior team.
* Support development of Juniors and be supported by Junior team in a 180 model.
Must-Haves:
Juniors:
* Outgoing and motivated attitude to connect and discuss multiple vacancies with candidates on a daily basis.
* Experienced in a customer facing or telephone-based sales environment. Must be confident picking up the telephone.
* Excellent organisational skills to plan your day and follow structured processes that will be taught by the Senior Management Team.
* Previous experience in IT Contract Recruitment industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Seniors:
* 12+ months experience within the IT Contract recruitment sector, preferably Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence, DWH, Big Data, Cloud or Data Science fields.
* Previous experience of building a Contract book of business.
* Strong Account Management and Business Development experience.
* Professionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business.
