Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Brand Ambassador who loves connecting with others, sharing ideas, and inspiring positive change. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand — sparking conversations, sharing stories, and representing who we are with authenticity and enthusiasm. We're seeking someone who not only understands sales and marketing, but also values growth, creativity, and making a difference in how people feel and live.
Responsibilities:
* Build meaningful, lasting relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
* Represent the brand with confidence, competence and warmth at all times.
* Research new opportunities and trends to help the team grow and evolve.
* Collaborate closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting campaigns to life.
* Track and evaluate KPIs, sharing ideas for continuous development and improvement.
* Analyse customer feedback and share insights to help frame how we present future offerings.
Experience & Skills:
* Experience in public relations, marketing, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights.
* Experience with sales or market research is a plus.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential.
* Background in marketing or sales is helpful but not required.
