What we need in a nutshell
Away Resorts is a fast-growing holiday company with locations across the UK. As Revenue Manager you will be helping us to achieve our ambitious revenue, margin and guest targets by ensuring we maximise our occupancy by applying effective pricing and optimised channel mix.

We need you to be the person who delivers delight by ensuring that through all our sales channels we have the appropriate inventory and pricing in place at all points in the trading cycle, so we can help guests book their perfect holiday, and maximise yield for the business.
What you’ll be doing
Working in our central support office and as part of our highly engaged team of holiday heroes, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Complete regular price review, consider booking pace, occupancy levels, and headroom to propose and implement appropriate actions to ensure volume sold, RevPar & margin achieved is in maximised
2. Be involved in the further development of our industry leading automated revenue management system
3. Develop methodology to identify optimum fleet mix to drive margin
4. Work closely with marketing to ensure all promotional activity is in line with performance requirements
5. Manage 3rd party suppliers to maximise margin
6. Develop reports to provide key stakeholders greater insight into revenue and margin growth opportunities
7. Undertake regular updates to park General Managers, to ensure engagement with pricing strategy, share performance and determine actions for success
8. Present performance, opportunities and risks in weekly trading meeting.
9. Work with Senior Revenue Manager on yearly budget process, feeding in detailed historical analysis to ensure accurate and realistic budget is created
10. Help oversee Revenue Analysts, ensuring appropriate coaching and development is undertaken
11. Work with Senior Revenue Manager & Director of Revenue Management on developing the future of our pricing capability in Away Resorts.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
If you have the following, let’s hear from you:
12. Degree or equivalent qualification in a numeric subject
13. Minimum 3 years within a Revenue Management function
14. Advanced level Excel
15. Previous experience building reports in either Power Bi or Tableau
16. Strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate data into insights with appropriate actions.
17. Strong commercial acumen and numerical aptitude
18. Structured and logical reasoning powers
19. Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
20. A warm, people-orientated demeanour with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders
