As Finance Director, you will take ownership of financial control across all group entities, managing a small finance team and working closely with the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage month-end and year-end close processes using Xero and other finance systems
2. Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
3. Manage cashflow forecasting and oversee fund transfers as required
4. Oversee weekly and ad-hoc payment runs
5. Manage and support the professional development of the Accounts Assistant (and additional hires as the team grows)
