About the role
As a Data Analyst, you will support Telecoms Security Act (TSA) compliance by maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date asset portfolio, ensuring all asset data is entered correctly and on time. You’ll drive continuous improvements in data quality, collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams, and build Power BI data models with strong relationships to support effective reporting and decision‑making.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Responsibilities:
* Working with the TSA Programme and relevant stakeholders across CTO to maintain accurate asset information.
* Manage answers to TSA S.135 questions for Asset Management.
* Manage Change Requests.
* Enter asset information into MDM.
* Validate asset information in Power BI.
* Produce reports from Power BI.
* Support with technical queries from SME’s across the business.
Must Haves:
* Degree or higher award in a risk related discipline
* Advanced Excel proficiency: Ability to write and troubleshoot complex formulas, use pivot tables, and apply data validation techniques.
* Power BI with DAX expertise: Skilled in creating calculated columns, measures, and advanced data models using DAX.
* Data entry accuracy: Ability to enter and maintain data in enterprise systems with attention to detail.
* Data quality management: Ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
* Skilled at explaining data insights and technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to communicate clearly with technical stakeholders, including IT teams and engineers.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate requirements into actionable data tasks.
* Investigating and resolving data discrepancies quickly and effectively.
* Ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.
* Experience in telecoms industry is desirable.
